apparetly some family sued the CC after a toboggan acident and they say in
their signs that they are sorry to cose it to tobogganing but they can’t afford
legal proceedings like that one.

i didn’t know Dave’s father died. i am not in Qby often – once a year,
usually. maybe less now that plane tickets for us will now be purchased in sets
of 4. so i don’t hear about such things.

ACS’s web page is a one-pager also, and i think it is SUNY-maintained rather
than ACC maintained. ACC not ACS. anyway despite adirondack.net they don’t seem
to be seriously web-bish in Qby yet
